  1. To select part of a picture in a Picture Compressor window:

  3. 1. Click in the picture and drag
  4.     diagonally to form a rectangle
  5.     enclosing the section you want.
  6.  
  7.     The image inside the rectangle is 
  8.     selected. 
  9.  
  10.     You can drag the rectangle to  
  11.     a different location to select a 
  12.     different part of the picture.
